Or rather, he very much approves of one of his Brat Pack brethren taking over for him.
Rumor has it that Rob Lowe is in need talks with Two and a Half Men creator and executive producer Chuck Lorre to replace Charlie Sheen on the show. For the time being, Rob is still under contact at NBC for Parks and Recreation. However, there’s no harm in talking about the opportunity, right?
So, what does Charlie have to say about this? We assume you’d assume he’s be pissed, delving off a rant similar to the one he dished out when John Stamos was rumored for the role.
Surprisingly, though, Charlie seems pleased with this choice, telling sources:

“Rob’s an old friend and a brilliant actor. And he’s a beautiful man. What I would advise them to do, though, is just make it their own. Don’t, don’t, don’t think about anything that I’ve done brilliantly on the show for 177,000 episodes ├óΓé¼┬ª but I would just tell them, make it your own.”

Hear that, Rob? You won’t be as brilliant as he was, because who really could, but if you put your own spin on the show, you’ll achieve almost brilliance.
That makes sense, right?
You know what else makes sense? Rob actually taking this role. We really can see this working.
Do U?
