Miss El Paso USA 2008, Lorena Tavera, was arrested last weekend for shoplifting a $69 blouse from Dillard’s!
That is NOT beautiful. And for only $69 worth of merchandise?!? That’s unfortunate. At least make the arrest worth it like Winona Ryder did.*
The beauty queen also has two outstanding traffic warrants haunting her.
When asked to comment, Lorena denied the story’s accuracy, stating:
I’m going to contact my lawyer. This story can’t be run. The story is wrong first of all. It’s been misconstrued and it’s twisted, so I need to contact my lawyer… I can’t talk to you until I talk to my lawyer.
Yikes, girl! If it’s any consolation, you definitely win the crown for Miss Mugshot 2011!
