It’s unbelievable to us what some people are capable of – and all over a video game, no less.
A 14-year-old Georgia teenager reportedly wounded his grandmother and killed his great-grandmother when he stabbed them both with a “34 to 36 inch sword” on Monday, and all because he was angry that they told him to playing Halo!
Futhermore, when authorities arrived on scene, the teen shot at them with a pellet rifle, which was followed by a 10-15 minute standoff while the poor woman was barricaded inside the house. Police finally subdued the kid with a Taser.
Clearly, this kid’s issues go far beyond just a video game, and we sincerely hope that he comes to understand the gravity of what he’s done, and is punished for his crimes accordingly.
Such an unnecessary tragedy.
