Paris Hilton's Ex, Cy Waits, Seeking Plea Deal In Vegas Arrest

Good to hear from you, Cy! We had almost forgotten about ya! Ha!

To recap, Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Cy Waits was arrested in Vegas last August for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Then in January, we learned that he was facing a felony charge of “being under the influence of marijuana,” and misdemeanor charges of “possession of marijuana and driving under the influence.”

Now, we’re hearing that Waits is seeking a plea deal in an effort to avoid jailtime for his Vegas arrest.

No word yet on the exact details of the deal, but he’ll be appearing in court on Wednesday, so we should have more deets then.
