Jaime Pressly Won't Have To Do Jail Time After DUI Arrest

Jaime Pressly is a lucky gal!

She won’t be getting any jail time for her recent DUI bust where she was not only over the legal alcohol limit of .08, but almost THREE times the legal limit with a .22.

She struck a deal with prosecutors and pled “no contest” in exchange for three years probation. This is a pretty awesome deal considering she could have served six months in jail.

Things are on the up and up for you. New sitcom, no jail time….keep going on the right path, Jaime! We have faith in you, gurl.
