A New Mexico television station recently ran a story regarding surveillance photos taken of Police Officer Bert Lopez, in full uniform, banging an unidentified female on the hood of a car, in BROAD DAYLIGHT at Santa Fe Canyon Ranch!

Worse yet – this guy was once awarded New Mexico State Police Officer of the Year for “having gone above and beyond the call of duty.”

Well, they got that part right! LOLz!
