There’s a Lohan back in prison, but it isn’t Lindsay…
Last night, her father, Michael Lohan, was arrested on domestic battery charges after his on-again girlfriend, Kate Major, called the cops on him. Apparently, according to their statements, a conversation they were having about dropping the restraining order against each other got volatile after Michael didn’t get his way.
Around 1 a.m. in Tampa, FL., the cops arrived to find that Michael had punched Kate, smashed her cell phone, grabbed her by the arm and threatened to throw her from their fourth-floor balcony.

As they were putting Michael in cuffs, he quickly remembered his famous line from the last time he beat on Kate back in March and immediately started complaining of chest pains. The trip to the hospital didn’t buy him that much time though, as doctors released him fairly quickly, citing his perfect health. He was then booked into Hillsborough County Jail, where he is currently rotting right now.
What is it with you Lohans?! It’s like you don’t learn anything at all! Are your brains just incapable of retaining the most basic of information: don’t hit other people, don’t do drugs, don’t hit people while you are on drugs!
When will they learn?!
