The Michael Jackson estate raked in close to one million for MJ’s furniture.
About 500 pieces of Jackson’s belongings were sold.
Some of the more personal pieces included his children’s chalkboard with a personal note from the kids and a mirror with an inscription MJ himself wrote in felt pin.
On a creepier note, the bed he died in WAS also sold.
However, the headboard was not according to an earlier agreement with Julien’s Auctions.
Julien’s Auctions oversaw the live auction on Saturday Dec. 17th.
