Griffin O’Neal skipped out on his court hearing in San Diego and the judge presiding over the case isn’t too happy.
A bench warrant worth $100K was issued for the failed appearance last Thursday.
Reportedly, the son of Ryan O’Neal checked himself into rehab instead of going to court.
Griffin faces up to four years in jail after a drug fueled bender caused him to plow head on into another car, injuring its driver.
His lawyer, Heather Boxeth seeks leniancy, saying that rehab was a responsible choice.
