Millions Tuned In To Watch Whitney's Funeral

As Whitney Houston was laid to rest last Saturday, millions of fans said their final goodbyes.
CNN was the biggest beneficiary of the funeral, averaging five million viewers between 12:15pm and 3:45pm.
The news network doubled down on the broadcast, sending Piers Morgan, Soledad O’Brien, and Don Lemon to the church.
Fox News saw 1.38 million viewers tune in while MSNBC has 709,000. BET and E! numbers are not available but online, 7.3 million viewers were glued to their computer screens.
In contrast, many more viewers watched Michael Jackson‘s funeral, which averaged an astounding 31 million viewers.
