The actor has dropped out CBS’s untilted cop drama pilot. He was attached to the project for about two weeks.
Sources say that the parting was friendly and his decision influenced by his work on DirecTV’s Damages.
Ryan has been highly touted but many believed he may not have been ready to commit to a network series’ schedule. The network will now hunt for a new lead actor.
CBS will miss you, Ryan!
