Katy Perry has been asked to star in a dramatic biopic!!
Hollywood heavyweight, Harvey Weinstein, says he talked to the California girl about playing the wife of Paul Potts, Britain’s Got Talent star and focus of the film.
Weinstein dished on his post-Oscar chat with the Pop singer:
“I was talking to Katy about a new project, a possible dramatic role in the Paul Potts movie, which will be shooting in England soon. We├óΓé¼Γäód really like someone like Katy or Adele to play the role of Potts├óΓé¼Γäó wife, and Katy seemed genuinely interested.”
Rumor has it Katy says she’s ready for the acting challenge.
Sure, KP was fab as an SNL host, but can she do a British accent?
If not, Harvey says he’d also like to see Adele in the part.
