Someone must have REALLY wanted Rosie’s old pad!
Rosie O’Donnell‘s former chateau lasted only one day on the market before it was snatched up by its new owner.
The Chicago three story house has 12 rooms and 6,000 square feet of land to get lost in. Whoever bought the crib dropped 2.5 million clams on it, while Rosie paid $250K less than that after she bought it from OWN’s prez, Erik Logan.
The talk show host stated that she didn’t need a colossal townhouse, with her kiddies only visiting her on the weekends.
We wonder where she’s headed to next? While her fam is in NYC, Rosie’s talk show is based with other Oprah-esque projects in Chi-Town.
Whoever bought her old house must be living large!
