Brooke Mueller Gets Judge To Approve Plea Deal!

Well, it sure sounds like actress Brooke Mueller just OFFICIALLY copped a pretty nice plea deal for her December cocaine possession case…!
Charlie Sheen’s ex will NOT go to jail but WILL be placed on 12-months probation for possessing less than 4 grams of cocaine.
The judge, however, let her off easy with the dismissal of charges of felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor assault.
Not only that, but if Brooke is on good behavior while on probation, the entire case will be ERASED from her record.
Guess it pays to be famous???
Brooke recently spent 105 days in rehab in Utah and will be required to continue her treatment in L.A.
Talk about getting off easy!!
