The Sun reports that Amy Winehouse has been diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat after she collapsed at home on Monday.
Amy was hospitalized last year after overdosing on crack.
The irregular heartbeat may be to blame for her recent fainting spell. And, of course, her cracked out way are likely the reason for the irregular heartbeat.
A doctor tells the paper, “Crack narrows blood vessels and raises pressure. It is toxic to the heart muscle, causing an irregular beat. A heart attack is one of the most common ways for the drug to kill.”
Crazy.
We hope Wino realizes how lucky she is to be alive, despite her abusing ways.
The report also mentions that Ames’ family are thinking of getting some court order of sorts to keep the songstress in the hospital.
Doctors are supposedly trying to wean her off heroin.
