No joke. Roseanne is being completely serious.
The comedian really wants a show on Fox News so the 24-hour news channel will “be really fair and balanced and have a nice left point of view on there.├óΓé¼┬¥
Even though she is in the middle of running for president (again, no joke), the former sitcom star thinks her dreams of anchoring a news show might actually come true. In fact, she told sources that she was already offered a gig in the past and explained:
├óΓé¼┼ôThey do talk to me about it ├óΓé¼┬ª We├óΓé¼Γäóve had beers and laughed about it and stuff. Offers have been made and I just didn├óΓé¼Γäót get on with it because I was trying to just do that sitcom. It could happen. Stranger things have happened. It could happen definitely.”
Even though she admitted “some of the people like Sean Hannity” make “just ridiculous” attacks on liberal ideology, she believes the channel at least TRIES to “get the complete fair and balance.”
If the people running Fox News lets Roseanne shout out her left-wing opinions for an hour every day, they might be one step closer.
