It’s a British invasion!
Brit boyband One Direction have already broken records in Europe and now, they are breaking even more in the States!!
The group’s recently released Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD just outsold EVERY music release this week, including John Mayer’s number one album, Born and Raised!
Even more of an accomplishment? The DVD became the FIRST of its kind to outsell a number one album in US chart history, with 76,000 copies sold!
The highest DVD debut in the past five years, however, is Adele’s Live At The Royal Albert Hall, with 1D’s DVD coming in second.
Talk about a HUGE accomplishment!!
The 1D guys are currently on tour in North America, hitting up San Diego on Friday!
Way to go, boys!
