The Secret Circle was canceled in May, but Chris Zylka didn’t spend much time in the unemployment line!
Lucy Hale’s beautiful boy toy went from the defunct CW series, to co-starring in next week’s Amazing Spider-Man, and now he will join the cast of FX’s American Horror Story for its second season!
This guy lands on his feet almost as gracefully as Andrew Garfield arachnoid hero, LOLz!!
Chris broke the good news at Spider-Man’s premiere. He said:
“It is a thrill, an honor, a challenge. Honestly, it was as big a thrill to book that show as it was to get a part in The Amazing Spider-Man. I cannot believe I will get to be in the same room as Jessica Lange, let alone work with her. I am a lucky, lucky guy. I, of course, cannot tell you who or what I am playing or anything about the story yet.”
We haven’t seen anyone this excited to stick themselves in a room with Jessica Lange since Jimmy Carter was Commander-in-Chief!
But she’s a phenomenal actress — we just love his enthusiasm!
We cannot wait for the second season of AHHHHH!merican Horror Story!
