Dakota Loves Elie Saab

For a minute there we were getting déjà vu!
At Thursday night’s premiere of Twilight: Eclipse, the always lovely Dakota Fanning was wearing an Elie Saab Haute Couture dress that was almost identical to another Elie Saab frock she wore to the premiere of The Runaways back in March.
She looks good, so we can’t really argue about her choice.
