Foxy Brown's Brother Charged In Hermes Credit Card Fraud Scheme

Yikes!
Foxy Brown‘s brother Gavin Marchand was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury this morning in a credit card scheme that resulting in taking $8,000 from the Hermes store in New York City.
He faces up to 15 years in prison after getting busted last week trying to purchase merchandise with a fake MasterCard. Three co-defendants were also charged with trying to pay with fake credit cards as well.
A street unit cop discovered the crime and the 4 defendants led the police on a 90 mph chase until finally surrendering!
Coincidentally, he had the same judge today that handled Foxy’s 2007 assault case.
Breaking the law must run in the family!
