Could we be seeing a new and improved Taylor Momsen in 2011!?
Over the weekend our favorite dark-eyed celeb was spotted in London leaving a photo shoot wearing a few less layers of black eyeshadow than normal.
We’re hope she sticks with this softer look, if you can call it that.
