No Decision In Dolce & Gabbana Tax Fraud Case

An Italian judge has yet to decide if Dolce & Gabbana will face criminal charges for tax fraud.

Both the prosecution and defense were in court on Friday to hear Judge Simone Luerti‘s ruling, only to have it postponed until April 1st.

The judge did however, meet with the designer’s tax consultant Luciano Patelli in a closed hearing, where he gave deposition testimony.
