February is all about the Fannings!
While Elle appears on the front of Teen Vogue, Dakota scored her own February cover with British Elle.
The almost 18 year old’s gorgeous spread was shot by David Slijper where she models the latest from Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and Jonathan Saunders.
Is it just us or is there something very Lindsay Lohan about Dakota’s fingers-in-mouth pose???
