The reality starlet was hard at “work” Friday night peddling her own QuickTrim Essentials Kit at the St Pancras Renaissance London Hotel.
To prove the product really works, Kim made sure to show off her QuickTrim body in a Stella McCartney dress with mesh cutouts and black Celine sandals.
