In comparison to Mark Haub├óΓé¼Γäós Twinkie diet, this story may be boring, but it worked! Ask Tony Posnanski how he dropped 200 pounds and he’ll tell you:

“I changed the way I ate. I got rid of processed foods. I ate fruits, vegetables, lean meats. It is pretty boring, but the results aren’t boring.”

In today├óΓé¼Γäós world of best-seller diet fads and pills that boast you can still “eat whatever you want”, the basics of weight loss are simple: Eat less. Move more.

A former yo-yo dieter and restaurant manager, Posnanski gave up what he called “gimmicky” diets, monitored portions, and worked out one to two hours a day, changing his life forever.

“I don’t believe in quick weight-loss diets,” Posnanski said. “I believe in the rest of my life.├óΓé¼┬¥
