Oooops!
Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman has been helping the US earn a bid for the 2022 World Cup, but in the final presentation on Tuesday, Morgan fumbled through the speech and accidentally skipped a page!
Freeman read:
“You would see that in a country that admires individual achievement, we truly cherish what can be done when we come together as a group. And there is no stronger, more resolute supporter …”
He then paused and said, “I’m sorry, I missed a page,” and tried to regroup.
We hope this doesn’t affect the US’s chances of getting the World Cup in 2022!
