Yoplait Pulls Ad After Eating Disorders Association Complains

Who knew a yogurt ad could stir up so much controversy?

The above ad was pulled from the air by Yoplait after the National Eating Disorders Association complained that it was offensive.

Apparently, the inner monologue of the woman in the ad mirrors what people with eating disorders often say.

Yoplait released a statement saying that it “had no idea’ that the ad sent that kind of message and apologized.

We don’t see much of a problem with this ad, but we def respect Yoplait for playing it safe and pulling it from the air!!
