Halle Berry's Child Endangerment Case Against Gabriel Aubry Has Been Dropped

Another small victory for Halle Berry‘s baby daddy!
As of today the dependency court case against Gabriel Aubry has been dropped.
Families only need to go to dependency court when they concerns over the well-being of their child. Now that Halle’s ex has been deemed safe, he and the movie star can head back over to family court, to continue epic custody war over 3-year-old Nahla.
The tot’s safety with her father was first questioned a few months ago when Halle Berry’s nanny accused Aubry of physically and mentally abusing her.
The case isn’t even close to being over.
It’s pretty obvi Halle will stop at NOTHING to scar get full custody of her child.
