American Idol Winner Arrested After Attempting To Smuggle HEROIN Into The States!

Latin American Idol winner Martha Heredia was arrested while allegedly smuggling heroin in the heels of her platform shoes!!
She was nabbed in her homeland, the Dominican Republic, right before she boarded a plane bound for NYC! Local police found 2.9 pounds of the horrible drug stuffed in her shoes stowed away in her suitcase!

How terrible! Heroin is a NASTY narcotic and it breaks our hearts that the pride of the Dominican Republic was mixed up in this mess!
The 22-year-old reality starlet, nicknamed “La Baby,” is being interrogated and to see whether she’s part of a large drug-trafficking organization.
A Dominican prosecutor handling the case issued a statement:

“It’s very sad that young people who have so much promise, who were bestowed by life with all the grace in the world and an unquestionable talent, because of ambition, bad advice or simply to obtain money see themselves in situations like this.”

Martha shocked the Latin American world after winning Idol in 2009, but her career took a terrible trajectory shortly thereafter.
In 2010 she killed a Haitian boy with her car and was forced to pay the family over a quarter mil in damages.
Just last month she had her husband arrested for domestic violence and he’s currently in jail.
We hope Martha gets her life together soon, because if she’s convicted of this charge she could spend up to 10 years in prison.
