Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Is UnEdited For NET-A-PORTER

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gets candid with The Edit magazine
We’re used to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looking perfect on magazine covers and editorials, but we rarely hear her speak.
In her latest appearance in NET-A-PORTER‘s The Edit magazine, the supermodel gets a rare chance to talk about everything from her partner of three years Jason Statham, to her lingerie designs, and the types of movies she’d like to be in.
Of course, she also represents her day job by modeling colorful, lively pieces from Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, Isabel Marant, and Oscar de la Renta.
Check out the full spread (below) and read on for some of her interview HIGHlights…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

On her go-to color:
“Red is my power color. I love red. I├óΓé¼Γäóm drawn to it. I feel great when I├óΓé¼Γäóm wearing it. It├óΓé¼Γäós a sexy, confident color. But it├óΓé¼Γäós got to be a deep, powerful shade.”
On how she and beau Jason Statham deal with walking the red carpet:
“Jason and I just make each other laugh. Most of the time we├óΓé¼Γäóre p***ing ourselves laughing, whispering comments in each other├óΓé¼Γäós ears. Oh, you know. Naughty stuff.”
On her ideal next movie:
“I’d love to do a period drama, or make a quintessentially British comedy. I just don├óΓé¼Γäót connect with gross-out fart jokes and slapstick. When I├óΓé¼Γäóm on a plane I watch all the new releases, I see that as my job, and I have to say, a lot of American comedies are very sexist.”
On how the paps influence her shopping habits:
“I do the majority of my shopping in the UK or online. NET-A-PORTER is my best friend. It is frustrating if you├óΓé¼Γäóre trying to do something private with your partner. If you├óΓé¼Γäóre out buying bits for the house and 10 people are trying to shoot through the window, it can be intimidating and embarrassing. I├óΓé¼Γäód be lying if I said I didn├óΓé¼Γäót get cross. I├óΓé¼Γäóm not someone who likes to be the center of attention, believe it or not.”
On designing her own lingerie collection:
“The process, from understanding what people want, to seeing my products in stores is incredibly moving. As wonderful as that, or being part of a big movie is, those are things that happen to you. I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to wait for people to give me opportunities ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I want to make my own.”

Don’t worry, RHW, we’re sure you’ll never have any trouble making your own opportunities!
