Such a sad day.
Country legend Wayne Mills of the Wayne Mills Band has died after being fatally shot in a bar shooting in Nashville, Tennessee on Saturday.
According to reports, Wayne was allegedly shot by the owner of the Pit and Barrel bar, Chris Ferrell, who has apparently stated he acted in self-defense, a claim that police are currently investigating.
Wayne’s friend Blake Shelton tweeted out his deepest condolences to the late, great singer, and his widow, Carol:

It’s really sad to see gun violence responsible for another death, this time of someone whose music affected so many.
