OMG Blake Shelton Shaded Jimmy Fallon To His Face! Viewers Felt That!

Blake Shelton just walked into Jimmy Fallon’s home and read him for filth!

The country singer appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday to discuss his new album For Recreational Use Only. He explained that it was actually Post Malone who inspired him to get in the studio after they made their hit song Pour Me A Beer together:

“I had the song with him. You’ve been around him. I mean, you can’t be around that guy without having a good time, and he’s so excited about everything.”

Similar to the persona Fallon puts forward, right?? Super excited about everything? Except there’s one major difference in Blake’s eyes. He told the late night host:

“You guys are a lot alike now that I think about it.”

Jimmy asks “We are?” in response, before Gwen Stefani’s husband let his true feelings rip:

“Except, he’s genuine about his excitement.”

OOP. Blake really just called this man fake on his own talk show stage!!

Jimmy immediately tried to take the comment on the chin, because, like, what else can you do in that moment?! LOLz! He laughed to himself and slapped his desk before holding up Blake’s album cover while shooting an intentionally disdained look at the camera. Moments later, the 50-year-old TV personality made a comment that he wanted Post Malone “to hang out with” him and Blake, before the country singer jokingly introduces the 29-year-old on stage. The crowd goes wild for a moment before Jimmy assures them Post was NOT coming out and asks why Blake would do that. The 48-year-old responded:

“Because it’s not my show, I don’t give a crap.”

Watch the super awkward moment (below):

HA! Blake must’ve gone to the Dakota Johnson school of shade! Because he just turned Jimmy into his Ellen!

On Reddit, users couldn’t help but agree with Blake:

“He’s too enthusiastic, all the time and it smacks of insincerity.”

“Obviously fake enthusiasm is part of the gig, and hard hitting interview tactics aren’t, but being affable is basically Fallon’s entire shtick… When your one defining trait as a host and interviewer comes off wholly disingenuous, it makes people turn off.”

“I’m scared to watch for fear of second-hand embarrassment.”

However some DID stand up for the host:

“If you’re looking for depth and sincerity in a talk show, Tonight with Fallon is the wrong place, man.”

“Damn that was actually a cheap shot”
