Another nail in the vampy coffin of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart‘s romance!
RPatz has officially sold the Los Feliz shag pad he shared with his ex-GF to none other than The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons!
The Rover star handed over the keys to the crib — which sprawls over 1.5 acres of land — for only $6.375 million!
What a bargain! LOLz! But seriously, the TV star got a MAJOR steal on the property considering Rob originally listed it for $6.75 million in October.
The house might be haunted with memories of a super steamy romance, but we’re sure Jim will have plenty of his own loving there with all the romantic waterfalls, fountains, archways, and gardens in the three bedroom Spanish-style digs.
We certainly wouldn’t be TOO upset to get an invite to his housewarming party! LOLz!
