We’ve been curious to see how Lil Za would publicly respond to his pending drug charges.
Ever since Justin Bieber‘s pal and roomie was busted for possible cocaine possession during an egg raid (and subsequently arrested again for smashing a phone), all he’s shared with his Twitter followers is the vague:

Now that he’s had a couple days to cool off, how is Lil Za approaching the situation? It seems he’s trying to shift focus away from the white and toward the black. He tweeted:
Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes. but look at the position I'm in and the color of my skin. Cocaine? Really?

So does Za think that he was only busted because he was black? That his skin color led the cops to make assumptions about the bag of illicit white powder?
Or is he copping to the lesser crime of Molly and Xanax possession by implying that black people don’t even do cocaine?
Either way, it’s not a very compelling argument. Za was only arrested because he WAS apparently in possession drugs. And police only searched in the first place because the Biebs DID apparently egg his neighbor’s home.
This isn’t about race. It’s about choices.
