The American Civil Liberties Union is speaking out against the pop star regarding his arrest and explaining that although he is here on a work visa, they don’t believe he’ll be deported anytime soon because he’s getting special treatment from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Biebsy? Get special treatment?! He would NEVERRRR say never!
The ACLU Policy Counsel Chris Rickerd claims he is!
He said:
“When he was arrested and booked, his fingerprints would have been shared with ICE. They would run his fingerprints and show that he was here on this visa. What├óΓé¼Γäós really important for him right now is he has to have the best criminal representation, to make sure any conviction he comes to doesn├óΓé¼Γäót jeopardize his ability to stay in the U.S. and work here.
The average person who’s susceptible to this won’t have the resources to get the legal representation [he has.] Someone with less means won’t have the same leverage to bargain and won’t have the same time with an attorney. Many people don’t even get a day in court for immigration, because the law is so strict about automatic deportations and automatic detentions.”

While most are hoping to #DeportBieber, but we’re not sure the reality of that actually happening is too probable because he IS who he is!
Well, at least if BiebsyBear does get deported, his team will have ANOTHER person to blame besides the pop star!
