And so she has spoken!!
Reports were going around lately that Chantel Jeffries, self-proclaimed “eyebrow connoisseur” and Justin Bieber‘s partner in crime, was going to tell her side of what happened with the Biebs for $20,000 big ones!
However, the model gal-pal to the Biebs is speaking a different tune!
She took to Twitter to tell the truth about the allegations!
The drag-race passenger said:

Now, no one will ever know what ACTUALLY happened that night, other than her, Biebsybear, and the police officer who arrested him!!
