Looks like they’re pretty confident!
Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami last month for what the police called drag racing and a DUI.
Technology has already punched some holes in the cops’ case for drag racing, but they say they have so much dirt on the 19-year-old singer that he’ll have to take a deal.
In fact, they say they have their own gadgets that back up their speeding statements too!
Also, apparently one of the officers who was there is a star witness about DUIs and since Justin was underage drinking, and had ingested both Xanax and ganja, the cops think they have him nailed.
So, if you were hoping to see this play out in court, then you may be out of luck!
It will definitely be inneresting to see if Justin takes a deal, or takes a chance in front of a judge!
