Philip Seymour Hoffman's Death Reveals Far Worse Drug Habit Than Anyone Knew

We knew that Philip Seymour Hoffman had a drug problem.
Just months before his death, the Magnolia star had checked into a detox center for his heroin addiction.
But we had no idea just how bad this problem had gotten. According to an inside source, the late actor was spending nearly $10,000 a month on heroin! The source says:

“He was what we call a heavy ‘red liner.’ That means he liked to shoot [heroin] with a needle, but he also sniffed it daily. And he was majorly hooked on Oxy, too.”

Oxycontin too? So horrible.
As for what tragically took his life, we’ll have to wait for toxicology reports to be sure. But law enforcement sources say they found at least TEN bags of heroin in the NYC apartment where he died, two of which were already empty.
Just so heartbreaking to hear.
