Philip Seymour Hoffman's Autopsy Is Inconclusive! More Tests Needed To Confirm Exact Cause Of Death!

Looks like the exact cause of Philip Seymour Hoffman‘s death will continue to remain somewhat uncertain for the time being.
According to the New York City medical examiner’s office, Philip’s autopsy is inconclusive, and more tests are needed in order to uncover what ultimately caused him to pass on after he was found with a heroin needle in his arm.
Medical examiners’ spokeswoman Julie Bolcer stated that there would be no scheduled timetable for completing the autopsy, and didn’t comment on the further tests that would be done.
However, according to the Associated Press, toxicology and tissue tests are usually performed in these instances.
