As we reported earlier, police arrested four individuals they believed had connections to the heroin that lead to Philip Seymour Hoffman’s apparent overdose.
The suspects were in court on Wednesday and now three of them have been officially arraigned on drug charges.
Robert Vineberg, who an informant fingered as being Hoffman’s main dealer, plead not guilty to felony possession of heroin with an intent to sell.
The insider told cops that Hoffman would visit Vineberg at least twice a week in order to score drugs. Vineberg’s attorney, Ed Kratt, however told the media that these charges have NOTHING to do with the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman.
Juliana Luchkiw and Max Rosenblum were NOT charged with heroin possession but were charged them with one count each for possession of cocaine.
The fourth suspect, Thomas Cushman, was not charged with any crime due to lack of evidence.
