Making the transition from a movie to a Broadway play is not easy, just ask Spider-Man: Into the Dark!
However, that doesn’t mean the industry sure doesn’t try.
Reportedly, the newest film being turned into an off-Broadway musical is the modern-day Greek mythology film Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief, starring Logan Lerman!
However, PJ isn’t the only film coming to a stage near you!
Universal has its eyes set on two VERY well-known movies, one which starred Jim Belushi, the other starring a young Michael J. Fox!
AND 20th Century Fox has one of Meryl Streep‘s bitchiest roles coming to the stage AND Robin Williams‘ most famous cross-dressing character!
OH! And finally, Warner Bros is planning an extra special, stripper-filed Channing Tatum-inspired flick-to-stage transition as well!
