John Travolta finally addressed his outrageous Oscar-night flub, but by doing so he might have dug himself an ever deeper hole!
In case you forgot, he attempted to Idina Menzel on Sunday so she could take the stage and blow us away with her fabulous song from Frozen. Instead Johnny boy called her Adele Dazim and totally ruined everything!
So today he apologized for royally screwing up her intro. Well, kind of.
Like a fireman putting out blazes with a hose full of lighter fluid, the Look Who’s Talking Now star confessed:
“I’ve been beating myself up all day. Then I thought…What would Idina Menzel say? She’d say, ‘Let it go, let it go!’ Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!”
Yikes! John might as well have tagged it #sorrynotsorry. Or, you know, #yrsorrsyorrsmenzel.
