One Direction‘s swell boy band image has burned up just like the joint they were filmed smoking!
In fact, after the video leaked of members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson lighting up in Peru, they might not be able to get back into the U.S.!
Bet they’re regretting making those midnight memories now! HA!
While Peruvian authorities will not press charges, U.S. immigration lawyer Michael Wildes is warning that the boys might not be able to get back to the states if they’re convicted.
That means no U.S. leg of the Where We Are World Tour!!
Michael explained:
“These young men have to be careful they are not deemed inadmissible to the USA.The basis of a determination to bar One Direction from admission into the USA would be any concessions that they make or proof that they engaged in unlawful conduct. Even the smoking of a single joint could have that effect.”
WHAT REEFER MADNESS!!!
We’re sure Michael is a credible lawyer, but in a world where Miley Cyrus and Snoop have lit up way more than a single joint for all to see, we find this hard to believe.
Sure, they are U.S. citizens, but Canadian Justin Bieber has had a lonnnggg string of illegal incidents and we can’t keep him away from the U.S.! LOLz!
While Louis and Zayn will likely have a rougher time getting past customs when they return in August, we predict there is no need for Directioners to rip up those tickets just yet.
The true crime would be to keep those cute mugs away from American soil! LOLz!
