Looks like our Jessica Day will have some hot competition on the fourth season of The New Girl!
It was just revealed that Jessica Biel, who hasn’t appeared on television since 7th Heaven, will guest star as a super sexy scientist and a romantic rival to Ms.Day.
Does this mean that our favorite goofy teacher and her lovable ex-boyfriend Nick won’t be getting back together?
The New Girl‘s head writer, Liz Meriwether, elaborated:
“I love them together, and I don’t think it’s it for them at all. I’ve never been in a good relationship├óΓé¼┬ª I just found that it’s been easier for me to write them as single idiots out in the world trying to get laid and looking for love. I had trouble figuring out where the conflict and comedy was coming from with them last season. Admittedly, it’s definitely fun to keep them apart for more.”
Hmm…things are about to get interesting!
We think Justin Timberlake‘s wifey is absolutely gorgeous and we can’t wait to see how she takes on this new role on when the show returns on September 16th!
