The starlet chose a pair of black thick-rimmed specs to flawlessly read her lines from the teleprompter at the 2015 SAG Awards — and even Jared Leto couldn’t help but stare.
After all, they perfectly accessorized her fierce Elie Saab gown!
But she wasn’t the only one to complement an outfit with a pair of lenses…
Though Lenny Kravitz didn’t wear the type ideal for reading, he did wear his sunnies on the red carpet and to present on stage! Talk about double duty, right?
Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg both chose to throw on a pair, choosing different styles. The Parks And Recreation starlet went with clear frames for an almost 80s feel.
Of course, they looked undeniably cool on her! And Andy went a similar route with his own two-toned lenses!
Meryl Streep‘s pair may not have been as bold, but they looked classic with her LBD on the red carpet. Plus, it’d be weird if she didn’t wear them since she always does!
Steve Carrell also got in on the trend! Complementing his handsome tux, the Foxcatcher actor went with simple square-shaped frames.

Just like Steve, Jeff Goldblum opted for eyewear on the red carpet. Except his were a trendy, rounded lucite pair!
Meanwhile, Carrie Fisher rocked a rad rectangular pair of red specs! We’ve never seen any look so good in a pair like these!
And it just goes to show, these celebs were making their glasses werk! Slay!
