Fox has finally confirmed the return of the sci-fi classic with six new episodes that will reunite David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as the FBI’s experts on all things weird!
Series creator Chris Carter said:
“I think of it as a 13-year commercial break. The good news is the world has only gotten that much stranger, a perfect time to tell these six stories.”
Amazing! We can’t wait to see what Mulder and Scully will face after Carter and his crew have had so long to let their imaginations run wild!
No premiere date has been announced, but production will begin this summer.
