Hedwig is a GREAT role for Broadway actors, but it sounds like Taye Diggs just wanted it for the nail polish.

While it’ll be a couple of weeks before the Broadway alum takes over the role from Darren Criss, the father of one opened up about his new role on the Great White Way!

He said:

“Hedwig is the role of a lifetime. I’m looking forward to being challenged performance-wise on many levels, as well as being humbled by the musical’s social implications.”

The 44-year-old quickly added after that note:
