Nothing says 4/20 like drug drama!
As we previously reported, Vanderpump Rules‘ Scheana Shay is being slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly smoking too much weed.
The SURver is being sued by a neighbor who claims his wife and children getting sick from the odor and that the Bravolebrity also leaves her cat in the hallway with its food, which attracted ants to his apartment!

However, something smells funny about this suit!
According to an insider, the resident is just trying to weasel his way into getting cheaper rent — which is exactly what he asked for in the legal docs!
The source also says this isn’t the first time this man has bullsh*tted his way into a discount in this complex… apparently he’s done it twice before!
And, in a statement released by the brunette beauty’s rep, it’s revealed that the gorgeous gal has never had a complaint before AND the cat-in-question isn’t even hers!

“The Shay’s have never received a complaint from a fellow neighbor or building management relating to marijuana smoke stemming from their residence. However, there was a recent issue with a neighboring apartment, which was vacated in December 2015, that had received many complaints. While the Shay’s do have a black cat, their pet has never been allowed outside access. The cat in question belongs to another resident in the building. It should also be noted that all neighbors sharing a wall with the complainant neighbor have been named in the lawsuit against the landlord, security patrol, property management, etc., seeking a greatly reduced rent.”

A confidante also confessed that Scheana’s landlord is fed up with this particular tenant’s shady schemes and is suggesting they move out.
