On Thursday, Blake Shelton‘s girlfriend teased the upcoming music video for the latest track off her album This Is What The Truth Feels Like.

In the teaser, we see more dramatic closeups of Gwen (is this in her contract now?), as she sings about being hooked on someone who has a drug-like effect on her!
