Well, at least for a little while! The Aussie artist recently revealed that she will be serving as a judge on X Factor Australia this season, replacing Dannii Minogue after her departure.

On Friday, the blonde beauty told The Daily Telegraph that she’ll be joining the popular program’s panel, even though it’s not something she ever anticipated, saying:
“I really didn’t picture myself being a judge on any kind of television show but I think that actually this could be a good fit for me so I said yes.”
The 26-year-old even admitted that taping the show will be the longest time she’s spent Down Under “in probably ten years.”
So, naturally the rapper is excited, adding:
“Initially I didn’t know but then I thought it would be good to come back to Australia and have an opportunity to spend some time there and obviously to see my family, who live in Sydney. So I think it will be a good situation for multiple reasons. I’m really excited and I don’t really know what to expect.”
And while Channel Seven hasn’t officially announced the air dates for Miz Azalea’s season, the gorgeous gal herself spilled some secrets about filming to her fans on Twitter!

But when fans got nervous that this meant IggyIggs wouldn’t be in the full season, she clarified that she is, actually, in the entire installment, writing:
@azalealex Iam it’s only 5 weeks of filming.

In fact, the hitmaker is really looking forward to the audition rounds, telling The Daily Telegraph:
“I really want to be able to pick unique people and hopefully have them connect with everybody watching.”
But this exciting endeavor is actually putting her upcoming album Digital Distortion on hold.
